TERMS & CONDITIONS-DESTINY TOURS

You have booked a group tour where Destiny Tours is required to block services such as hotels, air tickets, transportation, and other arrangements well in advance, as the entire group travels and stays together. To avoid inconvenience and ensure a smooth travel experience, advance payments are made to suppliers. In case any guest cancels the tour or does not avail of the booked services, cancellation charges are levied by suppliers. To cover such losses, the following cancellation charges shall be applicable.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total tour cost and vary based on the number of days prior to the departure date when the cancellation request is received.
