CANCELLATION POLICY – DESTINY TOURS

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Cancellation of any additional service / deviation / upgrade will attract separate cancellation charges.

• GST will be applicable on all cancellation charges.

• Cancellation charges shall be calculated on the total tour cost.

A. GENERAL TERMS (Applicable to All Cancellations)

1. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation (INR only).

2. No interest shall be payable on the refunded amount.

3. Cancellation charges will be levied on the total tour price.

4. Additional services / deviations / upgrades will attract extra cancellation charges.

5. Destiny Tours is not responsible for expenses incurred independently by guests.

6. Cancellation requests must be sent to destinytours7@gmail.com or +91 9834141626 / 7972810433.

B. TOUR CANCELLED BY GUEST

1. Cancellation must be made in writing or via registered email ID.

2. Details required: Tour code, departure date, guest names, and receipts.

3. Email cancellation valid only on official email ID.

4. Rebooking after cancellation is treated as a fresh booking.

5. Personal reasons including illness, court orders, or sharing partner cancellation will attract charges.

6. Airline cancellation and forfeiture charges are payable by the guest.

C. TOUR CANCELLED BY DESTINY TOURS

1. Destiny Tours may cancel/reschedule tours; refund after deducting taxes and visa fees.

2. Cancellation intimation at least 15 days prior, except force majeure.

D. VISA REJECTION (DEEMED CANCELLATION)

1. Tour treated as cancelled if visa rejected unless reapplication requested within 24 hours.

2. Charges apply from visa rejection date.

3. Reapplication at guest’s own risk.

4. No responsibility for delayed visa.

5. Cancellation charges apply to all guests in a booking.

6. Guests must verify visa details themselves.

7. Actual air/visa charges applicable if issued for visa purpose.

E. FORCE MAJEURE

1. Destiny Tours may cancel or reschedule tour for safety.

2. No refund applicable.

3. Guests may join next available tour with additional cost.

F. UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS

1. Itinerary may change due to airline or supplier issues.

2. Additional costs borne by guest.

3. Penalties due to passport/visa issues are guest’s responsibility.

G. TRANSFER / FUTURE TOUR

1. Transfer treated as cancellation and fresh booking.

2. Old discounts not applicable on new booking.
